LocationsSelecting your child care arrangement is one of the most important decisions you will make—for your own peace of mind and for your child’s healthy development. So we want you to come in and take your time so you can be thorough when you tour our center.
Choosing child care is only the first step in a long relationship between the parents, child and caregiver. All of us at COT want to stay involved with the families that become our extended family to ensure your child gets the excellent quality care he or she deserves. The best care comes from a true partnership with you and our staff.
In the first three years of life, a child grows from a completely dependent being into one who walks, talks, plays and explores. COT provides premium care to ensure your child becomes self-confident, trusting, inquisitive, able to communicate through language, physically and mentally healthy, able to relate well and be empathetic to others—all attributes that add up to a good start in life. Studies have found that the single most important factor in quality care is the relationship between the child and the caregiver. You child will receive warm and sensitive care and become more likely to trust people, enter school ready and eager to learn, and get along well with other children.
The case for high quality early childhood education becomes clear when linked to the importance of children entering school ready to learn. Children who enter kindergarten today are expected to know more than children in past decades. The children who participate in our high quality, early childhood education enter kindergarten with better language, pre-reading skills, social skills and critical thinking skills needed for success.
Although it's a big responsibility, it's a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in children's lives. It is our job to provide good child care teachers - helping others learn, want to learn, feel capable of learning. As a childcare provider we also become a good teacher for parents as well as the children - sharing what we know and have learned each day.
COT has a lot to offer! What we do is important – Preparing today for success tomorrow!
“Caring. Innovative. Results Driven. Positive. Those are just a few words to describe Aleta Mechtel. We brought our first daughter to Children of Tomorrow when she was two and a half. We chose COT because of the 6 hour preschool program. We stayed because of the dedication of the teachers and staff and the way they kept us informed every day about our child. We enrolled our second daughter at about 6 months and she too had a terrific experience at COT. They were both well prepared for Elementary school and made some lasting friendships while they were there. COT is the perfect place for children and parents looking for something more than simply child care."
